ILAH is here to help you with your desire to get sober and remain sober.
Addictions to any substance are life-debilitating and can create significant issues with one’s livelihood, family dynamics, and health.
Keep in mind, YOU CANNOT DO THIS ON YOUR OWN! Even if you think you can, you cannot.
It will take a village and a village is what’s available. You have to want it, first.
Here are a few tidbits about differing substance abuse generalities.
NOTE: Please understand – I make no judgments about where anyone is in their life. Each of us has our journey to explore –
I am here to help you through it as an adjunct to treatment along side your sponsor and other family and rehab team members.
It is essential to understand – To use hypnotherapy effectively, you should be in some treatment program, either in-patient or out and be sober at least 2 weeks before Hypnotherapy can be added. My action is to meet with the client at least once a week for about an hour to an hour and a half. In hypnosis – the suggestions will be what was in our positive discussion.
This is insightful for someone who is seeking sobriety in their life. I fully support your decision.
I am here to help! Contact me when you are ready to move forward and live a sober life and I will do whatever I can to be of whatever help I can offer!
YOU MATTER!
